Using his wealth of experience in education, Dr. Brown launched Urban Excellence Consulting. Urban Excellence is a district and charter school support organization that works in collaboration with schools and school leaders to make sustainable and measurable change. 

Based locally in New Orleans, Urban Excellence can support your organization by offering organizational assessment, leadership development, extracurricular program evaluations, leadership coaching, and executive leadership transitions. Urban Excellence's team members bring academic, operational and management expertise from urban schools, networks, and charter management organizations.
